Google Sued... Again!

I'm getting tired of all the people out there sueing Google right, left and center. If they were really concerned about the issues they should sue all the search engines, but guess they are counting on the publicity factor.

Google Sued For Allegedly Profiting On Child Porn

The LA Times & ABC News reports that Google is being sued by Nassau County Legislator, Jeffrey Toback (in Long Island, New York) for allegedly profiting on child pornography. The lawsuit "is a proactive step to keep children safe," Toback said and that the suit is not seeking monetary damages, it just wants Google to be more proactive on blocking out illegal pornography from both the paid and organic results.

It is important to note that only Google is being sued here, and not Yahoo, MSN or Ask.com.

I don't think Google must be profitting directly from this, it must have been their services compromised/exploited showing such undesirable stuff.

Killing Google is not impossible, from time to time people will continue developing futher advanced technology in search engine and advertising, one big mistake that i see, in adsense, where the publisher id is widely visible, let say someone wants to see you hurt, they just take your publisher id by viewing the source, then put it somewhere, and begin to launch click bomb on it, then you will be finish! Not just that, what about zombie PC's and proxy click where bad publisher used to play with ?? Yes they do have an algo to detect bad clicks, as said, but why then they have to pay 90 mil back to advertisers in recent news ?? Think bout it ..
