reciprocal linking is bad, why not look for a link building company that does 1way linking? 10 good, 1-way links > 100 reciprocal link exchanges

You can try out linkmarket and link2me before going after outsourcing your reciprocal linking efforts.
In my opinion, its always better to do it on your own as you are the best person to know those related to your niche :)

puti1 , bluchi you are right. But I've made link building about 2 years. I do not want to continue. I do not want to exchange links all my life :)
I am trying to find freelancer. Don't find yet. :(
