Select Language/Regional Area: Only Singapore or France???

When inside a campaign under "targeting" they have:

Select a language and regional area for your order:
(choice 1) English - Singapore
(choice 2) French - France

There's no English - US ?? Then to make it even more confusing, after that they ask:

Select the location of the audience, where you can select any country....


So if i have it at "enlgish - singapore" and select the US... are my ads showing up in the US or in Singapore? :confused: :cool:

Actually the second option is "English - United States".
