Pausing Adwords campaign and coming back

Just curious I've heard this don't effect your adwords account, but say you pause your account here and there will it effect your spending or history? Like your AVG CPC?

I haven't had any problems yet. However, the kinds of accounts I generally work with are large enough volume that they would get 10,000 impressions in the first hour. With an account like that, any negative factor resulting from pausing the account/campaign would probably be overcome before I even noticed. Someone with an account that gets 10 impressions an hour may have a completely different experience.

In other words, I doubt it. However, the volume of your account may play a factor.

From what i have experienced in the general run of things is that there should be no effect or very minimal. I do manage small Adword accounts so if there were to be anything noticable i'm sure i would have come across it

I haven't noticed anything significant that would draw a flag. Obviously, if are paused too long, the market's CPCs can change due to environmental variables, like competition.

In closing, don't worry about it. =)
