Wordtracker and google's keyword tools are both very helpful in finding targeted keywords Ty.
I use all three.
Wordtracker has a free 7 day trial and offers some free basic information when you sign up for the free trial.
Another excellent Free keyword research tool can be located at http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/index.php
This tool offers rough suggested monthly search volumes by market for Google, Yahoo!, and MSN plus a heap of other detailed keyword analysis.
Cheers.

It depends on strategy I use. It's more safe to find hundreds of long tail keywords, launch them and, if, not enough traffic, add more popular words.
Another way - get solid CTR with popular keywords and then add more and more. Generally you don't need a special keyword tool - think what your prospects will type when searching for your product or service
