You can't spy on their exact traffic and keywords unless you have access to they site stats. But you can see estimated traffic on a site by using alexa ranking.

Go through stat counter and check there in Recent keyword Activity.
All those keywords which has searched in Google for your website will show over there.

there is a tool called seodigger.com, however the results dont seem up to date.
