Hello!

I know that directory owners design a lot of themes and then giving them away for free. I'm looking for some guys who will be ready to submit them to: http://www.talkaboutnet.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=4 (Please note: Still under construction). Also wordpress themes if you got any.

How do we submit templates? Is there some form where we do this?

The download haves to be on your site, or you can just link to the site with the file ?
