well I have one forum ...planning to put ads on my forum ..my forum is about warez ... so can I put ads on that forum...and My CJ account has $38 balance...they have not sent check of Last month ..today is already 29th May...when will they send.. :confused::confused::(

If your clicks have come from a warez forum, you'll be lucky to get anything.

Today is April 29, not May 29. Just messing. It's true, if the clicks come from warez forums/sites, then you'll have difficulties getting credited/payed.

Probably not - your site most likely falls under the category of "illegal content", so that's not allowed. What's your website?
