Directory Script that allows public site reviews?

Im trying to put together a directory whereby I do an "editors" review and say a score of 1 to 5, and then surfers can also add their comments and a score as well.

Does such a thing exist? perhaps even as a MOD to phpld?

I suspect most of the major scripts include the ability for visitors to comment on the sites listed - they may require registration by the visitor though. To add an editor's review feature - all that would really require is the addition of two fields - one for the review and one for the rating and a slight modification to the template to display those fields. Not all of the free versions of the scripts allow you to add fields but I think most of the paid versions do.
