Do google bot still index and give PR importance to URLs that contain number? e.g. http://www.kedoya.com/item/382786.html

Is URL without number is better for SEO purpose?

Thx!

You get s PR depending on the number of links to your site.

There is no problem with numbers in your URL, google-wise. But unless the number is one of your keywords, you would better use one of your keywords instead of the number!

The number in you url shows it's a dynamic url. It is more trustworthy both for bots and browsers to see that it is specifically named url rather than just unknown characters.

The number in url shows that it is a dynamic url only when there's "?" in url.
