Hello, I wonder if Google uses information from Analytics and Webmaster tools accounts (in case site verification is done) to track if sites in one account are affiliated in order to devaluate the link value between the sites. Any ideas? That would be logic but here comes a question of how far Google can go using our private information...

When in doubt, it is best to assume that Google has no ethical qualms.

LOL, well said Will.Spencer.
I believe that Google does use private information in tracking sites & checking for possible relationship between two or more sites.

Google's weasel-worded Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacypolicy.html) states that (among many other reasons), they will use your data for "Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;"
In other words, they will use the data you give them via Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools to catch you if you try to do anything wrong (i.e. SEO).

If you are hosting different sites with the same IP, then links from one site to other don't worth much.
And I think Google don't use Analytics and Webmaster Tool info for detecting such things.

Links pass PageRanks on a same site. We are speaking of value. PR is value.

I tested this, and built myself a PR6 page and a PR7 pages using links only from other domains on the same server.

They not only use both of those, but they also became a domain registrar so that they could get easy access to the WHOIS database and use that data too.
