Need .htaccess entry for RedirectMatch

I moved my blog and need a RedirectMatch to handle the following change:

everything here:
www.mydomain.com/labels/mylabel.html

is now moved to

www.mydomain.com/tag/mylabel (note: no extension)

How would I phrase the RedirectMatch to handle the move?
