Hey Guys,
I've been able to get my CPC very low while maintaining the #1 position.
However, I notice I'm getting fewer impressions.
My campaign is set to Accelerated mode.
Is this just in my head or do you really get less impressions the lower your CPC is?
Thanks,
Jay

Run a report that shows lost impressions.
It is possible that there is no volume.

What I do think is important is your ROI, rather than your CTR, CPC, and number of impressions.
The key to success with AdWords is the amount of sales you generate, and these don't always occur the day you get an enquiry from a potential/existing customer. Many products and services start with a lead but then have to be followed through before you earn any money.
As people in the advertising business will tell you, it isn't the cost of an ad that matters. What you want is a high return on the ad and this often has little to do with the price you pay.

I have great ROI. About 100% on my money per month. What I need is VOLUME. This is why i'm inquiring about impessions.
I want to spend $10,000 a month and gross $20,000
Right now I'll spend $1,000 and gross $2,000
i need more VOLUME. Hence, impression count.

It is hard to comment without more info for example seaonal variations could be a cause do people buy/look for your product all year or just in Winter?

Decreasing cost per click does not alter impressions so traffic must be dwindling for whatever reason - as suggested perhaps a seasonal/weather thing.
If you haven't already, try to expand your keyword list or target locations. If you can ship, then try targetting abroad.

Edit your keywords and dump the useless ones. Also, add more "new" keywords.
