Changed urls structure and page disapeared

2 weeks ago I've change the urls structure from index.php?cat=x to category-x.html . In 2 days all the new pages were indexed and after a week all of them dissapeared from the index. If I search a page site.com/category-x.html it shows nothing.
My index page is the only page that is still indexed !
What I did wrong?

This happened to me when I changed my site from html to aspx sometimes this happens
when you change your site from one programming language to another. You did not do
anything wrong, your site will reappear in due time.

Hello,
Are you old pages indexed in Google? Did you remove your old pages from Google with Google webmaster tool? Maybe Google take these pages as duplicate content, maybe you need to wait for a couple of days and try to get some links to these pages :)

No need to worry about it. Every thing will be fine,
Have a patience, and hopefully in next coming days all pages will index...
