page1, page2 tabs in forms

my name is collins

am just wondering if you can help me with a script am basicall creating a

CRMS which contact different parts to fill out i have so far creating 5 forms

what i really want is have a tab line form1,form2 etc so i can have a walk

through form form1 to form 5 and can also go back to any of the forms and

still have my data still there without loosing them then on form 6 i will have a

full print out of what have enter in all the form so i can cross check them

then have a summit button that summit all the data at once
