While submitting my links to directories what link should I use?
http://mysite.com or http://www.mysite.com or just www.mysite.com ?

http://www.site.com is why alot of webistes have a good pr when you have the www. but not when you have just site.com

Pick one and stick to it. Make sure all your internal links point at the right place as well.

If you decide to link all the pages to domain.com rather than www.domain.com then you need to be consistent with that and build external links to the same place.

Make sure your internal links point to www.domain.com not domain.com or www.domain.com/index.html
