I need a redesign of my site and this is the first time I will be paying someone for work on my site.
I just want to know HOW to go about getting this redesign done. What do the coders who will be working for me need to know? How do I show them what I want the design to look like. Do I need to give them my own graphics? Will payment be made before or after the work is done?
