My CJ ads have not converted on my site

I am running a small business and entrepreneurial site. We get about 1,000 uniques per day site visitors between the blog and site however for all of the CJ banners I have put on the site none of them converted. I would have thought Tony Robbins banners would have worked since we also cover a lot of personal development. Is it my lack of traffic or is it some landing pages convert better than others. Any insights would be appreciated. thank you.

Some landing sites do convert better than others but also some banners get more clicks than others too.. Try using the banners that have higher 7day EPC (Average Earnings Per One Hundred Clicks) These banners are proven to get people clicking and converting to sales..

Banners just don't convert for me. I like selling individual products. Great conversation, but my sites are product based.
