I need a banner for http://talkipl.com
I need the same black background as it is there(or if you could make it better).
Also, i need a chat bubble in which TalkIPL.com is written(IPL should be capitalised).

And if you can manage it, i'd like a few captains in their team's uniform in the banner.
You decide what looks good.

I really like the chat bubble. But the color of "Discussion board for IPL addicts" is not exactly very good.
Can you change the color to the little green present in this image:

And change the text to:
"For all your IPL needs"

The TalkIPL.com looks good, but can you give it the gloss effect.
