I have submited a website to the Yahoo Directory last week. The question I want to ask,for those familiar, I know it takes 7 days for the review, but tommorow is the 7th business day, does Yahoo send any emails regarding your submission even if I was rejected? As a note, I submited to Yahoo useing their paid service $299

Yes, Yahoo will reply to the email address you registered with them while applying for the directory service. If they find any fault with your website, they will tell you to make changes to your website and resubmit it, but they will not pinpoint the problem. You have to figure it out yourself. I once lost my money because Yahoo repeteadly rejected my listing. At last I found out that I did not put any company contact information in the site I was submitting. Hope this helps.

Yahoo directory listing is expensive but, since it is one of the oldest and authority web directories, the links can add to the reliability and trust rank of websites.
