$10 for quick job, banner altering for use on a forum

I would like the banner altering for use on a forum that someone is changing the theme for me.

All I really would like is the same font for the text and saying the below only

The Freindly and Helpful Community to Bring People Together.

I would like the pic of the lady taking out and some chat bubbles or something like that, anything to make it like a banner for a forum, it doesnt have to be too busy just more professional looking.

If its easy to start from scratch then something similar to the colour of the banner will do, but I would prefer that colour and design to be worked on.

This will not run for long, first one I like I will pay instantly.

Not bad, the chat bubble looks more like a cloud though, does not have to be a chat bubble, anything to link it to a forum, just all I could think of. But I do like the colours and the font, just needs a bit more. So another chat bubble or something else to connect it to a community. Still open, first I see that I like will get the $10 instantly.

I like it Neil but the text is very hard to read (too small and light) and maybe the woman could be faded in a bit.
