Yahoo Messenger - picture/avatar URL

I know that there is a public url from were i can downland the image that somebody put as his avatar on Yahoo Messenger

anybody know anything about that url?!

im not sure with this..but if you are planning to have a picture, you can just save it to computer and upload it in your ym..
