Leave a comment, if you get a link notification, then it is do-follow. If not, then it is no-follow.

Try highlighting the link, right click and click "View Source"...
do you see something like this:
<a href="url">text</a>
or this:
<a rel="external nofollow" href="url">text</a>

You can use the Firefox Browser with add-on SearchStatus 1.21 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/321).
This add-on "display the Google PageRank, Alexa rank and Compete ranking anywhere in your browser, along with fast keyword density analyser, keyword/nofollow highlighting, backward/related links, Alexa info and more."

But many blogs place a rel=”nofollow” tag on comments. It’s probably not on purpose, WordPress and Blogger blogs do it by default.

If you download and install the "SEO for Firefox" add-on and enable it (there's a button on the statusbar), every link that's marked as nofollow will be in red. It's good to look at it visually.

I am using the SEO for firefox...if not, just view the page source and search for "nofollow".
if its not there, means its a dofollow...

as has been mentioned before... just highlight someone's 'name' link in their comment, and see if it has a nofollow tag in it or not by viewing the source

We also use seoquake to help with the research for the list of do follow blogs we have been compiling and sharing with the community. Some blogs do require you to comment a minimum amount of times before you will actually see your post on the site. There is usually a comment policy link in area where you make the comment.

hi,

Install google toolbar in your browser then your problem is solved.

As far as I know, Google Toolbar hasn't got that functionality.
