well its like i have recently started my thread in programming section offering PHP development services.
I was wondering if i can even start a new thread relating to SEO services that we offer ( Directory submissions / social bookmarking Content writing etc ) ? am i allowed to do so ?

You can start a new thread offering directory submissions services but not social bookmakring. DP is out of the bookmarking game.
