PayPal requires a copy of certain documents for verification purposes to return your account to regular standing.

Please submit each of the following documents:

- Proof of address
Personalausweis
Inhabitant reporting certificate
Utility Bill

I don't recall ever having to send those in to paypal, for either account I had at any time.

I'm assuming they limited your account somehow? If they're saying send everything, then you should send everything they're asking for, in order to get it restored again

Yes, they say to submit each of the following so you need to submit 3 documents as they asked you to submit.

Go to resolution area in your paypal account and do what they want you to do for lifting limitations from your paypal account.

Paypal is very strict at these regulations and your limit will only be removed if you would uploads or send the documents!

Just follow what they say by uploading (or faxing) the documents ASAP

And be patient ;)
