Maybe put the information about what backlinks are up at the top of the page, use a justified alignment instead of centered, and put the steps below that, it would look a bit better. Also, adding some color to the background and text would make it more pleasing to the eyes. You want to attract people not repel them. ;)

Edit: Almost forgot...for the steps, you would probably do well to put them into a table with a thin border.

I think you should add colors, some background. You may also use different colors for the steps. And I agree that a table would be better... I think you can leave the steps centered but it's better to justify the information below and maybe add enumeration to the questions.

Personally I don't like the centered alignment in this page. Kind of hard to read.
