Hi All,
I need your help.
Please suggest a very good Domain Name Registrar, who is...
1) ICANN accredited...
2) Secure...
3) Offers domain locking...
4) Offers a nice Control Panel to renew domain names, changes DNS, MX, A records...
5) Offers the option of hiding my contact details from public access of WHO IS...
6) Offers URL forwarding...
7) No history of stealing domain names / cheating customers...
8) Good customer service...
9) Preferably in India (not mandatory) so that I can contact them quickly in case of a problem...
Note: I am NOT looking for cheap domain registrars. Domain price is NOT a big factor for me. So please suggest only the best ones. Also I am NOT looking for web hosting services.
Thanks in advance...

http://ohashi.info/registrars
1) ICANN accredited... - so many.... not really an issue
2) Secure... - Fabulous and Moniker would be top 2.
3) Offers domain locking... - pretty much everyone does, Fab/Moniker have executive lock features go beyond regular locking
4) Offers a nice Control Panel to renew domain names, changes DNS, MX, A records... - enom maybe? lots of free services do this beyond registrars
5) Offers the option of hiding my contact details from public access of WHO IS... - most registrars do, Fabulous is only notable one that doesn't (1 of 2 downsides, other is only do com/net/org/info)
6) Offers URL forwarding... - most do this
7) No history of stealing domain names / cheating customers... - Fab/Moniker
8) Good customer service... - Fabulous is far and away the best in this category in my opinion.
9) Preferably in India (not mandatory) so that I can contact them quickly in case of a problem... - Only major registrar is DirectI in india afaik. And my opinion is they have one of worst interfaces in the business as well as some very shady business practices (lookup hotels.in)

Try Namecheap.
They won't offer you the cheapest deal around, but they do have excellent service. Free whoisguard with every new registration.

Surely you must be joking right.
1. Moniker for security

May be for next 5 to 10 years. Looking for 10 to 20 domains.
I want to register every domain first for 1 or 2 years and then keep on renewing. So looking for a company where I don't end up in trouble while renewing.
Almost every good companies provided great assistance and support!
My expertize in this area is limited. So trying to know what are all the 'good companies' from already experienced people in this forum. I don't want to end up in trouble by selecting a junk company and lose all my domains.

Fabulous.com correct. THey offer com/net/org/info if you read my post I wrote that and lack of whois privacy are only 2 downsides of Fabulous imo.
Moniker's service can vary a lot. Sometimes it's good, during auction times it can seem like little/no support. I have mixed feelings on the quality of their support service personally. They also just became part of Oversee (DomainSponsor, SnapNames) so a lot seems to be going on over there.
Answerable==DirectI, I think they have a few registrar credits and run backend for some too (using their LogicBoxes solution)

If you want the best & most secure & most respected in the domaining community, Moniker is the one & only name that stands out.

Moniker.
I’m friends with Monte Cahn and Don Lyons and they will both go that extra mile. I’ve got in excess of 1500 domains with them.
I have some with eNom too, they have always been ok.
Stay away from GoDaddy.
Moniker are the best, trust me I've tried them all.

I use 1and1, Yahoo and ThePlanet only!
Just so you know 1&1 is beyond a doubt the worst on the net.
I hope you're not using their hosting!!
Yahoo, try to transfer a D from there. Can be done but ya better know what you're doing.
ThePlanet, bad bizzz to reg a D through any hosting co.
I have a box at ThePlanet and they're good people.
Actually they're part of EV1 now.

Yes they are the same people.
And they'd get a rating of 9 on a scale of 1-10 from me.

Any feedback on DynaDot customer service and other features ?
Anyone to reply on DynaDot ?
I tried Moniker & NameCheap.
Moniker: Interface is slow and support is little slow (even though they respond).
NameCheap: Interface is good and intuitive. Offers and everything good as of now. Need to test their support yet ;)
