I need someone that know and understands php, css, mysql and some html. My site is a social networking sit, that is same as facebook but with some new features. I need a new design for my site fully code. The payment is cash and the bid ends on Apr/16/08 and the final design will be choosen on Apr/18/08

Could you be more descriptive please I don't know how i could make a layout for the site if i don't know what script your using or anything like that. Could you please give more info on the contest.
