$50 Logo/Header Contest

Hello I am looking for a logo/header for the site http://purepimps.com

It should fit into the site nicely will be replacing http://purepimps.com/images/topbar_background.jpg. It does not have to be the same height, infact I would prefer that it was smaller. It does however have to be 756px wide, or a smaller logo, that would go nicely with a BG image/color that would fill out the rest.

The old site looked like this http://www.purepimps.com/teaser/Screenshot.png. Would love to have a "similar" style header. The mascot the site had was great, but sadly I do not have the original source files for it.

Colors should be purple/gold/gray/black

I know I have 0 itrader here but I am well established user of NP, will gladly PM you my username for proof.

I like it, not quite what I was expecting but seems to work nicely. The text could use more gold I think.

banner #1 The text is decent, I'm not really feeling the icon on the left, or the circles on the corners.
banner #2 Not feeling the afro pimp all that much, might would if it was more than just a head though, not enough gold, the outline around it should go as well.

Simple and elegant looks great. The next seems a little to "crisp" though, doesn't seem like it fits in.

I love the use of the pimp hat on top of the text, great touch. I'm not feeling the font or the color of PurePimp (s). It is nice to see something different from other entries though. The car I could take it or leave it seems a bit blurry. And remember the correct width.

Like the text it looks good, don't like the borders around the whole image, would like to see it not quite that height either.

Love it, simple and good. On the right path for sure. The text might could use some work, I like it how it is, but would love to see it in a few different fonts/textures as well.

I totally forgot to think up of any taglines/catch phrases to be on the banners, I will see if I can come up with a few of those as well, Keep up the GREAT work. Can't wait to see the revivions as well as any more entries.

The borders around the whole image it was just part of my watermarks.
I could remove it ( and always remove it ) if i'm the one.
And resize the height based on your request.

Some great designs and some great improvements on the revisions . To keep this short and not to drag out the contest, it will end in 4 hours to put the ending time at 3:25 EST. So use this last few hours to get in some more revisions, and new designs if you want.

Will be hard to choose a winner from all the good designs.
