Need a decent programmer

I'm looking for someone who would be able to give me a price and timeframe on this:

I have a script which is a ladder/tournament script. At the moment you have to register a team to join the ladder - so if there are 3 ladders for example my users will have to sign up their team 3 times.

What I want is to be able for my users to register a clan on the site and then join up to the ladders they wish. Sites such as clan base or enemy down are good examples.

I've spoken to the creator of the script and they said it would be possible, their exact words were "it's not a massive job but not simple"

Sent, I haven't even recieved a reply from the majority of the people who have posted in here.

If you are not comfortable in doing the task, don't ask for more details please as I need this doing pretty soon - I'm looking for genuine programmers to help me.
