Blogger can suspend my blogs even if i am using my own domain name?
for example http://www.talkhealthonline.com

Since you are hosting on their server, I don't see a reason why they can't.

You own the domain and not the hosting or blog space.
They are the king of the blog's hosting.. so yeah they can.
