i want to launch a music library script or portal but not like the many useless music portals scripts out there.

i want a good script even if it's not free. just give me name or the URL of the scripts you know.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for without more detail, but have you tried PHP Melody (http://www.phpsugar.com/phpmelody.html)? I've demo'd it a couple of times. On the surface at least, it looks nice and clean.
