This is a new proxy resource directory. Ready for links.

Anything relating to proxies, proxy lists, top lists, hosting,
groups, and of course proxies. Please submit proxies in the
correct category (php, zelune, etc.). If you don't see the
category you need just post here and I'll add it.

Add links for free, but a recip link is required. Use the submit
form at the site.
