New blog and theme, subscription problem

Hi i have set up my new blog at http://www.loadedarticles.com/blog/ with a new theme

the subscription button doesnt seem to be working or the contact us

can any help me so people can subscribe to my blog

where it says "Subscribe via email subscriptions" and the email box is
but when you submit nothing seems to happen

will pay if someone can fix this

You will need to edit the sidebar on that theme and enter your Feed, FeedBurner email subscription details, and the correct "Contact Us" link. I can help if you need it. PM or email me
