I do suggest you license a clone and have it modified. It will work out cheaper and better (as it will have the base functionality - including admin panel - plus any options you want), rather than getting one written from scratch.

Vishnu and shels are either clones or friends. They have been scamming left and right on DP. Plus, I have found several XSS and SQL vulnerabilities on his site learnerstv.

He is not only the worst programmer ever, but also a scammer, and all his "work" is free scripts from the internet.

This is just a very sorry way to do business.

uhmm, sorry to barge in, but i just have a difficult time contemplating how a complete clone of youtube - heavily customized at that, can be done on an almost 10 day time span, if that's indeed the case, vishnups should be working for youtube or google or microsoft, because his skills really blow me away...
