arwscripts' Image Hosting Script

I recently installed the arwscript imagehosting site script on my site. However, I am having some problems. When I upload the image, there is no thumbnail and when I try to access the image with the url generated by the script, its a blank page, shows nothing.

Anyone knows whats wrong or what I need to do to fix this?
