Online ladder/tournament script

Can anyone recommend a decent online ladder/tournament script for something like a gaming site.

I don't mind if it costs, I just want it to be clean and does what I want. It would help if I would be able to modify it as I have a few ideas I want integrating.

Or if anyone would be able to create one I may consider buying it, either way I would appreciate any ideas.
