I Am India, I Have Been Accepted Into Most Of Ebay Network....but Payment Only Via Paypal & Wire Transfer, Since Wiere Transfer Is Not There In My Country....can I Use My Sbi Debit Card For Opening An Paypal Account?..else Tell Me Solution For My Case Pls.......reply...

if you can open paypal, that is good enough. now paypal allow you to transfer you balance to debit/credit card. but of course with a small fee. try register your debit card first.
