I want to ask that does yahoo directory submission effect on site? Its helps increasing pagerank,SEO.Does it increase the value of domain?

What are the advantages of yahoo directory submission.

Not really, the only way you get your pr up naturally up is to actually have some good content and features on your site. Otherwise you will be doing black hat strategy which will crush you later on.

Defiantly the link from Yahoo is important. Advantages depend on many factors like niche, competitors, what page on Yahoo your link will be placed and so on… It could help a lot with SEO, some people even get direct traffic. Not cheap… :rolleyes:

course it will help, but there are other factors involved too..Also it is expensive but if you got the money then it is porbably one of the better investments for your site. I would say that instead of buying a directory submission service for $250 to submit to 1000 directories just submit to yahoo as it may prove more effective. Good Luck!!
