Here is my list of 176 free directories (http://shakin.ru/english/176-free-directories.html) for submitting your site. This list is just updated. I have added a bunch of free directories with high PR and cleaned up a lot of inappropriate sites. Probably most of you are familiar with some of these free directories, but hopefully someone can find this list useful.

Thanks for the list, Did you try yourself to submit to this list? What is the avarage % of acceptance?

Yes, i've submitted to all of them with AllSubmitter software. In average i had about 80% approved. That's because some of these directories are niche directories. For example, music directory doesn't approve non-musical websites.
