I didn't get any welcome e-mails stating who my affiliate manager is?

No. You don't get an affiliate manager until you're able to push $10,000+ per month (and you might get some personal help just short of that) of commission with CJ.

After $10.000 why is it need an affiliate manager? What good brings an affiliate manager? Thanks.
