Site design and coding needed

Looking for someone to design me a site and code it, ideally in xhtml/css.
The site is simply to inform visitors about a particular product and would like a clean, modern and almost designer feel to it. Colour scheme, ideally on a blackground.
Would be 1 Template or possibly 2.
