I need a new custom wordpress theme for my web hosting site here (http://www.mybestratedwebhosting.com)
I need to change its look and overall feeling to be like this one

but based on my new layout here (http://www.mybestratedwebhosting.com/layout.pdf) (PDF)
Current problem
1. Too big header and too much header space wasted.
2. Comparison chart that doesn't look professional.
3. Some of icon/image/symbol usage are not good enough. Some not clearly enough.
4. Too much overwhelming for visitor when visiting and stay only for a short period.
5. slow loading problem - due to too much big header and overall factors
These things need to be fixed
1. smaller header space usage with remarkable logo
2. professional look comparison chart and other chart/table that might come in the future. good CSS need to be applied
3. easy recognize color/icon/logo/symbol
4. Work well with 1024 x 768 resolution or higher
5. Cross browsers compatible (IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.)
6. minimize loading time
