in my experience I have a few clients, who own warez sites, they have been accepted for their site, and publish UseNeXT and other high paying affiliates, and CJ have no problem with this. Lots and lots of torrent sites also promote usenext with cj pids

No. See Kerosene's post above - you'll get banned. You may slip by initially, but as soon as any advertiser notices you, you'll be reported to the Network Quality department & you'll be banned.

p.s. I even see adult-picture-video-site promote CJ sex toys advertising, no problem at all.
