I see people saying that Digg, Stumple... related site is a good place to get hits and link back.
can someone please explain me how it works?
Also, Digg and Stumple was banned here, why is that?

Hey cheaptraffic,
I don't use digg because it is far too much effort to use and i don't see good results from it.
However, i do see good results from Stumble even if the traffic is poor quality.
THIS is how i make my traffic:
1. I create 5 or 6 free websites all with unique content and perhaps 1 blog article. + i add my back links o/c.
2. I submitt articles to article directories and to information sharing sites such as www.qassia.com.
3. Once i have placed my articles all across the internet, i go around each article on each site stumbling them so that i have about 30 pages stumbled all with my backlinks on and all pointing to my main site.
This will drive you a load of traffic to your main page providing you do it right. Remember to tag correctly and put the stumbles in the correct catagory otherwise your traffic will be even worse quality than it already is :D
Happy stumbling.

Once you find SU friends, cross-promote your sites carefully; i.e., no mass SU emails.

All you have to do is register there and submit your URLs.
Try not to spam Digg heavily or they will ban your account.
It's not a big deal, you can get another account in 2 minutes, but it's annoying :D
