whats the catch in easycgi.com's affiliate program ?

easycgi.com is paying $110 for every customer that clicks on their banners from your Web Site and signs up for one of their shared hosting packages. commissions are paid every month by paypal or check! this sounds like a better deal than hostgator! whats the catch guys ?
