Transferring money from Paypal to Debit card

Hi Friends,

I need a help regarding money transfer from paypal to debit card. I transfer some money from paypal to my debit card 2 months back. My bank in India has debited some money. But till now there is no credit into my account. Evertime I used to get the money transferred directly to my bank acct. But this particulars transaction got structed up. Anyone can throw a light on this as to what could have happened or what steps I should take to get the money. There was no response from paypal for my complaints.

Just call the Costumer service and ask directly.
I've solved a issue like that in the past week.
