PHP script help for a newbie

Hi. Ok I'm a little out of my league here. I'm trying to install a php script. My hosting is with hostgator.

I populated my database and it was successful. What do I do next to complete the installation?

I apologize if I've left any details out, this is my first time trying to install a script.

ftp the files accross to your wespace and alter the config files to have your database info in it

Hi thanks for your help. I did that, and made sure my database info was correct, and I'm getting an Index of/ page. Not sure what the problem is.

What is the name of the PHP script are you trying to install? What information do you need?

check if your hosting is php ready. =) and try make an index.php page. =)

It all depends on the script you're trying to install.

is there an install directory or an install.php?
