How to report scams?

Hi,
I think i encountered a scammer in buy/sell section. He bought advertising service from me after few days i got the funds reversed by Paypal for "Unauthorised". I PM'd him here about a week before and got no response so far.
Any advice will be appreciated.

The proper way to deal with it is to leave an itrader for the person who did the chargeback on you. We don't get involved in our members personal business transactions.
