ask moneybookers and they will send your money to your paypal... lololol....

no payment processing service allow money exchange with there rival.... and never do currency exchange if you dont want to lose your money because 90% time they keep the money and send you nothing.... and you cant even ask moneybooker to help you because you are breaking there Policy and hence when you manybe get your account suspended... but not sure through... so why dont you withdraw the money.... rather then asking for currency exchange....

The Best way is to withdraw the same to your bank account from Money Bookers and send the same across to your PayPal account through another wire transfer, even if you are able to find someone who is willing to exchange from Moneybookers to PayPal, Sooner or later this will be detected and Moneybookers will close your account politely.

In both Paypal and Moneybookers' terms, money exchanges are deemed as prohibited activities so it is not possible to do so. The only way you can do is is to withdraw your money from moneybookers then use your credit card in paypal to pay and then just pay your credit card company the money you have withdrawn from moneybookers.

I will say that withdraw moneybookers to you local bank account rather then exchanging it to paypal.
Thats the best option.

There is no direct way to transfer your MB funds to paypal unless you exchange it with another person. But be careful since people get scammed a lot by doing this.

The only legal and safe way will be through your bank account..

Do not do any cross transaction with strangers to cross transfer the money in your MB... many people have burnt their fingers with scamsters...
